We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase from FluffePet. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), we offer hassle-free returns, exchanges, and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return and/or Exchange

In order for the item to be eligible for return, please make sure that:
- Returned items must be in original packing.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
🚫 Non-returnable Item(s)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
- Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
⛓️💥 Damaged or Defective Items
We apologize if your item(s) arrived damaged, broken, or defective. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to replace the item(s) if available or provide a return for a full refund if your item(s) are damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please immediately submit an exchange through our Return Center Page.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Refund / Replacement Options
💳 Refund to Original Payment Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days.
⬅️ Refund to store discount
Once the refund is issued, you will get the discount code immediately, which will be updated on the return page and by email.
🔀 Replace with the same item
We will create an exchange order for your return request, which will be updated on the return page and by email.
Return Fee
We reserve the right to charge a return fee for shipping returns and exchanges.
